Another wonderful tune Matthew. Compositionally this one feels particularly fleshed out with a sleek guitar riff and ear-candy layers. Lyrically reminds a bit of "The Stairs", like a companion piece or something. The cadence of these lyrics gives me the feeling of being drawn into them, like the thing being described poetically is happening kinetically as well.

Somewhat topically I had a lengthy conversation this week with a friend about their process of being met by their own self and the vigour they feel in wanting to be true to that. The tricky part is that it looks like it may cost them a lot to do so and I find that to be one of the most challenging an puzzling parts of being turned into something resembling a self.
